Find the power of the mind, body and spirit in yoga. Plunge deep into the teachings of yoga. Learn about the basis and source of the yoga practice and about the freedom it can bring to your life. Bring yoga philosophy and meditation into your life. Find your breath, use it to it’s full potential and fill your body with energy.


Connect

Find community. Deepen your practice and explore it not in just a physical level but many different layers of yourself. Get to know other people that you can share your practice with. Start the journey of connecting with others, expressing yourself in the most authentic way and bringing the amazing practice of yoga into the world. Weather you teach or not, start the journey of effective and harmonious communication.

Work with teachers with many years of experience and great passion for sharing that experience and who truly want you to experience the best version of yourself

You will have the opportunity to connect with the history of yoga, understand its relevance in your practice and life delve into yoga philosophy and connect with your own Self search. And learn about and practice the eight limbs. You will learn basics of breath, breath control and function (pranayama), connect with meditation in practice and theory and learn body awareness, functional anatomy and how to communicate that with others. Explore alignment and engagement for basic yoga postures.

All bodies and experiences are different and the practice takes on different shapes and forms in these bodies and experiences. Enter a place of deep respect for these differences, discover breath and movement together in a Vinyasa practice. Find engagement on all levels body, mind, breath and spirit and increase consciousness.
